What makes a good leader?

A good leader listens like it’s free therapy, leads like they know the way but doesn’t mind detours, and remembers names.

A lot of people think leadership is big speeches and fat paychecks—no. At home, in memory lanes… leadership is showing up when the person doesn’t remember your name, yet you still wipe theirs off their chin. It’s holding space. It’s saying ‘we got this’ when the world says ‘give up’. That’s leadership.
