As a Caregiver my favorite sport to watch but never played but once was Golf. I grew up listening to football and baseball on TV and eventually married a man’s man who watched sports, trained horses and bet on sports.

As a caregiver, Golf became my sport to watch taking care of Dad who played golf three days a week at 90 years old. He was a real legend! Legacy is a real thing.

Caregiving isn’t about chores. it’s part of the same legacy. Every time I laugh about his bets, or wipe dust off the golf trophies, I’m keeping his stories alive. Legacy isn’t just what they did, it’s what we remember.
